Yeah ... that didnt work, i have done a Fresh install of Windows and it now works

reinstall Origin

I) Disable UAC on Windows 8, 8.1, or 10
1. Open up the Start screen and type UAC.
2. Select Change User Account Control settings.

II) If this doesn't work than:

Search your game install location for *.exe

You should find nine items. Right click and run the three vcredist and the DXSETUP items as an Administrator.

Those secondary installations can sometimes be skipped, depending on what Operating System you are running.

Once those setups are done, reboot and retry playing and let us know here if these steps were successful, thanks.

-- close Origin

-- download dxwebsetup and run/install it as Admin

-- close all programs as this

-- run Origin as Admin

Having this issue too,

Did as this suggests and three vcredits, which installed fine a but again the DXSETUP failed, stating it had an internal error.

It would seem that the direct set/material did not download correct and needs to be re-downloaded. Hoverver, as it has not installed - I can not remove it. Caught In a catch 22 and Im not re installing window.

EA needs to come up with a reasonable solution.
