Well this is an interesting issue, usually the mentioned above works for everyone. Try logging out of your account on the PlayStation, then fully restart your PlayStation. After that, start downloading the game again.

Good afternoon, I did what you told me, but I logged in with a completely new user, and I get an error when installing with the disk, I get an error code and after trying several times I start the download but it doesn't finish completing and I ejects the disk, I think the problem could be there since it has some scratches
The disk could be an issue, but that is very hard to say. You can try cleaning the disk since we have tried almost everything else, there is nothing to lose.
