NFS Payback trial constant stuttering and pop-in issues (GTX 1060 6gb, i5 7500)

So, I really want to like this game, it has a lot of features that I love and the handling is WAY better than the one in NFS 2015, but I have so many problems with stuttering and texture pop in that ...

Same problem, the stuttering and pop-in issues are really hard, I have a GTX 1080 and a Ryzen 7 1700 OC to 3.8 ghz with 16 gb of RAM, My game is installed on a Hybrid HDD 2tb, and playing it on a G-SYNC, 144hz and 1440p Dell monitor, EA FIX your game.......................
