NFS Rivals - Camera View Constantly Changing!!

This is driving me mental, I understand you put voice control in for Kinect but im not talking so no reason for the game to be constantly changing my camera view and spinning round the car for no blo...

Didnt help, No answers in that thread. I dont want to turn Kinect off as if i do i lose the Kinect features of the game and the DVR features of the console.
