NFS Rivals All-Drive

My NFS Rivals says that I'm playing in a public room, but there isn't anyone in my matches. I also can't seem to join in on a full match or anything neither. At first, I was concerned that it was my Internet, but all my other Xbox ONE games work just fine online. Is this an NFS Rivals server issue? Is this normal for the racers names to not pop up in the menus where the list of players are?

    If you make it work somehow tell me cause my friend can invite me but the all drive and game invite options are blank so i cant join him , im confused and so is he

    @atlstreetfam Can anyone here help me? Just got the game and got to chapter 2 both on racer and cop but my all drive and game invite settings are blank, my friend can invite me but i cant join him

    @jusfreedom I have a question so my all drive settings isn’t working like I can’t click on it at all do you know how to change that?
