NFS: Rivals Complete DLC not installing on PS4

Hi. So I bought a physical copy of NFS: Rivals from Amazon UK. The box says the EU edition. I have purchased the complete DLC pack through PlayStation Store [UK] and all the component packs have down...

    It's an EU console. The game is a EU game. The DLC pack was purchased through the EU PS Store.

      Do you have the disc in the console?

      Did you try the troubleshooting steps in the links?

        Yes I've tried it with the disc inserted. Yes I've tried renewing the lease, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, the console is already my primary one (in fact it's my only console).
