    @Tsuideru Nvm fixed the issue: You gotta win a Heat 5 competition during Night Mode. When you get back to the garage with your volatile parts, you'll get the Horn, Black tire smoke and rainbow nitrous

I have this issue, non of the posted fix's work have done several high heat races going on day 6 of trying different things and I dice this needs fixed
