Origin crashing while trying to download a game.

I bought need for speed payback and redeemed the code. But when i clicked on download, origin decided to crash by showing a message, "Origin has encountered a serious problem and must close." The only option i have is to either restart or exit origin. I checked in all EA Forums and did everything as mentioned but it still remains the same. Somehow fix this cuz I've paid a good amount of money to you guys and i don't expect to be ripped off for that. FIX IT!!!!!!
