Pre-Order KS edition cars for Need for Speed Heat

I wonder if the pre-order benefits when buying NEED FOR SPEED HEAT will be exclusive to pre ordering? Will you be able to acquire the KS edition cars later in the game or just from the deluxedition that is preordered?
