I did checked by my Self and it says completed as status, screenshot is attached to message

I can see on the screenshot that the purchase you made was for the Need for Speed Rivals: Complete Edition Bundle Pack.
That DLC pack requires Need For Speed Rivals to play.
I believe that i made mistake for buying pack without full game, so am i eligible to return my purchase and get my full refund??
