i purchased game ( need for speed rivals ) from ea.com on 28-01-2024 and it not showing in my library, I am not able to open it neither I am having any return or refund option on my purchse , i dont know what to do in this scenario????

I did checked by my Self and it says completed as status, screenshot is attached to message
Community ManagerI can see on the screenshot that the purchase you made was for the Need for Speed Rivals: Complete Edition Bundle Pack.
That DLC pack requires Need For Speed Rivals to play.
I believe that i made mistake for buying pack without full game, so am i eligible to return my purchase and get my full refund??
