No to confirm, if we are attempt to redeem a CD key you will want to check out the information provided in our help article: How to redeem your product and promo codes
When you attempt to redeem the CD Key, we would need to proceed based on the error message you get.
- If the key already shows as redeemed, you would need to sign into the account that has already redeem the code.
- If the code is expired we would be unable to redeem to CD Key, and you would need to speak with your retailer.
- If the code gives a message it cannot be redeemed, check your box incase there is a specific place you need to redeem to code at.
