Those are cars you start out with that cannot be modified.

The one's with the NFS logo are cars either given to you because you need them in tier/class restricted events or given to your for purchasing the limited edition version of Most Wanted. However, as the previous poster said these cars cannot be modified with any parts, the one's that comes with it are the one's you have to stick with.
As you progress in levels you will eventually unlock the specific car and be given one without the logo which you can level up.
