Need for Speed Payback We're sorry, an error has occurred

    Do you have any kind of dynamic IP configuration or proxy connection for your internet that is enabled? Disable them. 

       Go to control panel (Settings) > network and internet > network connections > right click on your internet connection  > status > press "details" button and take a look on DHCP property value if yes or no, enabled or disabled.

       If enabled close the window and press "properties" menu on your internet connection > one click on TCP/IPv4 > press properties and your protocol configuration should be on "obtain an IP automatically". 

       If so you need to enter your modem configuration settings by accessing its address, ( it's something like 193.188.100.2 or else...), + logging user and password. Contact your internet provider and ask them for support in configuring your DHCP internet connection. 

       I can also help you with that but you need to connect to your modem config in first place.

    I made sure to log in to the game with hope before I did the methods you gave me and I logged in successfully without any errors

    I hope I have not encountered the same problem again and reorganized my privacy settings.
