    Do you have any kind of dynamic IP configuration or proxy connection for your internet that is enabled? Disable them. 

       Go to control panel (Settings) > network and internet > network connections > right click on your internet connection  > status > press "details" button and take a look on DHCP property value if yes or no, enabled or disabled.

       If enabled close the window and press "properties" menu on your internet connection > one click on TCP/IPv4 > press properties and your protocol configuration should be on "obtain an IP automatically". 

       If so you need to enter your modem configuration settings by accessing its address, ( it's something like 193.188.100.2 or else...), + logging user and password. Contact your internet provider and ask them for support in configuring your DHCP internet connection. 

       I can also help you with that but you need to connect to your modem config in first place.
