Need for Speed Rivals : no sound

There is no sound when playing nfs rivals, the rest works. PC windows 8.1 with all updated drivers and DirectX. Sound works on other programs.

Hello, i've a MSI laptop (Dominator Pro), all driver are installed and the other games sound are okey only NFS Rivals have that issue.

These NFS games ALL work in Windows 8.1.BUT No sound in Windows 10 .EA have failed us as to updating these games to work with later O?S?
