Yesterday played Tokyo ghoul re for PS4 not a single crash it's a problem in heat only do something it's already passed 6 days we kept reporting and still nothing .. After how many days we have to wait till this bs is fixed and we can enjoy the game without crashes.

Back in the days Sony did have their own QA which tested games before some half-baked ***** that wasn't tested by the publisher was sold for their platform.
How is it even possible, that NOBODY from the EA QA customized their car while testing?
@TakumiFujiwara54 It’s best to get your money back and don’t waste your time waiting for a patch, EA ain’t soo trustworthy nowadays. I had enough of this crashing. I’ve reinstalled the game 5 times and yesterday it shutdown my PS4 twice almost broke it. If you force to shut it down you will damage your hard drive.
You’re right, how the hell this game passed QA testers, did they even test it properly?!
ill be putting full complaint and asking for refund from Sony today.

thank you, it’s very underwhelming knowing you know how the gaming industry works with their shady business practices, it’s better to fill the casuals and spread awareness because their blinded and still support this kind of practice.
Just an hour ago, I spoke to Sony customer Service team regarding NFS Heat issues. I asked them to refund me £60 which I paid for on 7/11-19 for Digital standard edition. Since I was being very cautious, I didn’t want to buy it on launch date and wait for full reviews but due to my friends being so hyped up about it, I made my mistake. It’s fun game but...
the lady on the phone went through few steps and ask me if done and gone troubleshooting and safe mode. I told them I have already done it went through it 5 times and lost lots of game data.
they asked me to provide images via email. I have full report with videos on here, unfortunately I couldn’t send them videos.
hopefully Sony refunds my payment. I will update this comment if anyone wants to know more.
i hear it’s difficult to get refunds from Sony, but this is my first time doing so, and this is the first game I ever experienced to completely screw up my enjoyment and console.
Questions for y’all:
1.) was there ever a weird crash where, you upgraded and had very little Bank, it crashes, and upon opening your game again, you have all the upgrades — and all your previous Bank too? So what do you do — you spend more Bank for more upgrades. Curious as this seems to be where the problems started.
2.) everyone who has experienced this issue: have you upgraded your internal drive with a solid state drive (SSD)? Or do you have NFS installed on an external drive?

I wouldn't be surprised if its related to your #2 that would be my first guess. Could be those using External hard drive are crashing, Could be those using Internal Drive are not, Could be those using external ssd are crashing. Could be only those that have a external SSD or fast enough drive speed are not crashing.
The more DATA you have your hard drive/ssd the slower it will typically run. Say you got 1TB drive but only 50-100gb of room.
yep their responses are useless, anyone else got the same response when Anthem released? Because it was in similar situation, i didn’t purchase anthem because I knew it was going to turn to sh*t.
Look at another response email from Sony when I filed a complaint and refund.
I couldn’t send them videos only pictures.
@iColts13 Please stop assuming and blaming consoles.
You have to realise games are made of files and imported to consoles. In this case the files within the game application is corrupted and it’s not capable of running in some consoles.
I've seen a comment on this thread, someone stated he just bought a brand new console and still has the same issues with NFS Heat.
Ghost Games released a broken game, that’s all need to be said. I’m not hating the game since I’ve made it to level 50 and finished story mode with having 75 crashes online and offline without internet connection connected to PS4.
Lol calm down fan boy you make no sense how am I blaming consoles? Do consoles come with slow external hard drives? Do consoles come with external SSD's? Nope All I was saying is I wouldn't be surprised if everyone having issues was using an external drive or every one not having issues was using an SSD. You know a pattern to find an address the issue so it can be fixed instead spamming every thread complaining like you providing no valuable information. BTW I have seen such an issue on PC where games crash due to slower hard drives or simply because they are not on the default windows drive which in console case would be internal drive.
So you got corrupted game files and some how managed to get to level 50 and finish story in 10 days. Yeah if you actually had corrupted game files it would be impossible to get past a certain part of the game.
@Kurd_Ripper Please stop assuming you have a clue about what your talking about and spamming every thread so the rest of the people here can actually try and narrow this problem down and find a solution or help the developers fix it.
@BAD_MO__RAGE__FO Oh great another tool box. Didn't say it was anyone fault for having a external hard drive. Just saying that could be the issue and could fix your game right now instead of waiting for fix from Devs. Clearly both of you are out of your depth here. AH who am I kidding what's more likely is game is causing your terrible CPU to overheat.
