i can be driving any of the 3 cars in my garage that are fully tuned to max hp

nissan gtr

porsche gt3 rs

everytime i press b to kill the engine the rpm stays at 1000 when it should be at 0?

and if i press the engine to go on it just stays at 1000 rpm when it should rise and then settle at idle rpm?

when i set off the rpm goes up as it should im talking about when i turn the engine off
