Has anyone else noticed that the Regera cannot reach the top speed provided? Like, my on-road customization and Garage screen shows that the top speed is 256 MPH, but the most speed I can reach is 245 MPH, and that is included with the 15LB ultimate boost while at that speed, the car just refuses to move past the 245 MPH barrier.
Anyone else have an explanation for this?
I've been encountering the same issue as you with the Regera. There seems to be a 245mph limit on all cars in the game which has disappointed me for quite some time. I was expecting the car to perform like it did in NFS Payback regarding the acceleration, and top speed. I really hope that Ghost removes the 245 mph top speed cap.
Hopefully in the future we all can go 255 mph in that car. But we'll just have to see.

Yeah, not having your car perform as the game states or the stat screen shows really sucks, as it is now, the Regera can barely move faster than the other cars in the game, since it can't get anywhere near its true limits.

Yeah I have noticed that too.
It's like the car has an accelerator regulator on the car.
Ever since we got 1.4 update the car has turned into a marshmallow fluff car. 😭
I really hope the Ghost Devs address this in the next game patch ☑️

Hello my friend I enjoyed your post and yes I fully support you and agree with you.
The Refers car has been muffed up badly since the update 1.4.
I also hope the Devs will address some cosmetic problems with this car and a few other things in the game.
Let's hope the Santa Ghost Devs bring our gaming community another new be patch before Christmas 2019.
