Does anybody know where I can find the Roaming Racer Cletus? I've completed all of the other Roaming Racers but I can't find Cletus anywhere on the map.Nevermind, I was able to find him and now he shows up on the map as well. He drives around in the top left of the map in a Porsche Panamera:

She normally roams around the main highway in the city, around the outside. In the photo she’s the one on the far right side.

cletus and peach arent on the map in my game why??!

You have to physically find the racer in the streets, Cletus is up in the top left and peach is in the city

I’m not exactly sure what you mean, have you raced him yet in roaming?

i have beat every racers but only the last two ( cletus, peach) arent on my map

This is where they are, drive to these locations and they should be there

Drive around that location, they drive the track you race them on so they won’t be in that one spot
