Some Need For Speed games without cd-keys on sale at ebay

I'm seeing some Need For Speed games without cd-keys for sale mostly at Ebay, but a few listings at Amazon. Some are listed as "download" versions, while others are in what appears to be EA packaging...

    I updated my question to include the fine print on the of jewel case cover (distributed by Cosmi under license from Electronic Arts).
