Special events glitch

In what game are you having the issue? Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?

That would be No Limits. There are already at least two threads about this problem. As y8 said, there is no solution yet.

Hi danisoff.

I am playing need for speed no limits on mobile.

I have logged out of the game etc.

I then noticed that it seems like the game is somewhat active behind the black screen.

What other steps can I follow?

I've started my 7day special event about 3 days ago and now all days are unlocked with only 11 hours remaining. How's that even possible.  Home screen shows the right remaining time but once i open the even only a few hours remain.  What are we supposed to do

This has also been happening to me. I logged into my account trying to play my M2 bounty but it just shows a black screen but the new event works just fine. What should I do

Same thing here, started on Sunday and didn't get 7 days to complete. 10 hours remaining. They should give another replay for people that couldn't complete. But I don't think they'll fix that. I think I'll just delete game again, it just reminded me why I deleted it in first time. Stupid me for even burning some money on this game. I'm out. 

Same here.   but i can see on the very left edge something is showing behind the black screen of this Fastlane event and even thumbing in the black does move the contents behind it.

I got the same issue, i started the 370Z fastlane event before the Escape Velocity event update started. And it gave me a black screen, i think all fastlane events are bugged as i also tested the Ford GT and BMW M2 event. So for now i suggest dont start them yet otherwise youll only get a black screen and have to wait for a week to wear off

The bug seems to be linked to the update. Do no more fastlane events for now
