Wierd choice to not be able te start a new game. Hope they change it in the future. But thank you for your answer.

I don't think they will since NFS is really an all out online game that is the main reason you can buy a new nfs rivals at a new account that is the only way you can start from scratch and I think it will stay that way

If you dont know what you are talking about it would serve your reputation to shut up! You can in fact start a new game and telling someone they need to buy the game again if they want to do this is irresponsible and ignorant!
You can start over, just delete your locally stored save files and start the game again. When you're prompted with the messages that your local and cloud saves files doesn't match, just chose the local one instead of the cloud save and it should over write your current progress when you exit the game the next time.
