How did you delete the game? Did you delete the game and re download  or deleted a save file?

@ed52501 I delete the save game, and turn off the cloud save sync, and then the game started from the beginning.
(the path to file is - "C:\Users\Your PC name\Documents\Need for Speed Heat\SaveGame\savegame".
Just delete the file called "1".
