The ingame store of NFS - No limits, isn’t working for 3 months already

I’m from Belgium, and I have Need for Speed - No Limits installed on both an iPad Air and iPhone 14 - despite the continuous reporting by my side to the help desk of the game, concerning the fact that it’s been already for 3 months that the ingame store isn’t available, there’s no reaction from either EA or Firemonkeys, and the problem remains. I have reinstalled the game at least 5 times in those 3 months, on both devices, but the problem remains, so apparently it’s not about the devices. I see in AppStore people sharing the same problem. Any idea how to fix it or how to make Firemonkeys aware of the ongoing problem? Thanks for your help!
