I have every car but the performance stats have not improved.
Could you post a pic from inside where you apply the upgrades?

It may be taking its time tbh. I noticed that another dlc I bought for a game called Wardrame took 5 minutes to activate the dlc I bought. 5 minutes after it said it was installed
