Treasure Hunt Glitch

I just finished my day 18 treasure hunt and didnt get to choose a prize, is there anything that can be done about this? i was waiting specifically for this prize because it was a question mark mystery thing and i was pretty excited about it...

Also opened a case the other day about not being able to purchase speed boost with my credit cards any longer, i know i have available funds yet it gives me an error code NU something with zeros in it. The woman i spoke to said she elevated my case and theyd get back to me in a couple days. its been about 3 or 4 days now and ive heard nothing. Kind of odd youre not on top of this, i mean i want to give you money..... please fix both of these issues.
