Ultimate Speed Pack not showing up [NOT SOLVED]

i have the exact same problem. bought the pack, played the game, quit the game then when i enter again there are NO special cars...

It is a very important issue, we paid for content that now, for whatever reason, we can't use.

Can you please tell us if the cars are not available anymore (if they are all gone)?
Just like if you never redeemed the code for instance.

Can you please check on your Origin account if the Ultimate Speed pack is displayed on your library, or on the order history.

Finally, please let us know if you are all  PC users (platform for this Ultimate Speed pack).

In my case, all cars are gone, I can't drive any of the 5. Here's a screenshot of the EasyDrive menu, there should be another Bugatti there, but it isn't:

In my Origin account, if I click "game details", I see that the Ultimate Speed Pack shows up as "installed". I can't access my order history at the time, the the Origin website is really, really slow. I will keep trying. I have the e-mail they sent me after buying the DLC, though, so that's also proof.

I too am having this issue.

 I purchased the DLC through origin and when I fired it up it was working fine. As soon as I joined a multiplayer game they dissapeared. It appears as installed in my origin game list but now it's as if I didn't purchase anything.

Please fix this asap. I payed 10 dollars for this and I would like to use my purchase if you don't mind. The same thing happened for a lot of PC users with the limited edition content, and now again with this? Get your act together Criterion.

I tried repairing my game via Origin, it took a while and it downloaded about 20 MB, but the problem is still there.

Strangely, my order history at Origin's website shows that I bought this DLC on the 23-11-2012... way before it was released. Something is wrong here and I'm not the only one with this problem. Let's hope someone from EA/Criterion helps us. If this doesn't get solved, I will be forced to ask for a refund.

My cars aren't showing, it's just as if I'd never bought the pack, if I look in origin it says installed, if I look in the in-game store it also says there that I have the pack, just none of the speed pack content is in the game.
