Unable to connect to Autolog in Most Wanted (2012) on PS3/Vita

I recently created an EA account via this game and linked my PSN id to it on the EA site. However, any time that I attempt to connect to Autolog, I get the following error:

You must be signed into PlayStation Network and the EA servers in order to access the online features of this title.

Error Code: 1f4

I have tried unlinking and relinking my PSN, setting up a new account and linking to it (it is now currently linked to the initial account I made), and resetting my password but nothing seems to have worked. I also tried logging into the PS3 version of Hot Pursuit and Autolog seems to work fine on there so I assume the issue is related specifically to this game. My attempts at talking to EA Help agents have proven to be fruitless and none of them have been able to resolve the issue.

If any other players could assist in helping me fix this,  I would be most grateful.
