- "Everyone who pre-ordered Need for Speed Most Wanted should now have access to the bonus content in-game"

Thank you for all details you provided, here an update on this situation and on the fix planned:
- I'm missing my Pre-Order bonus cars and/or my Time Savers pack cars in Need For Speed Most Wanted
We are aware that some players are experiencing an issue in Need For Speed Most Wanted for PC that is preventing them from seeing the cars they received as a part of their Pre-Order bonus, as well as cars they have purchased with the Time Savers pack.
Our team is currently working on a resolution, and this will be addressed in an upcoming patch.
We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, and greatly appreciate your patience while we make these improvements.
This means that you don't have to send a request to the customer support service for the moment and it will be normally fixed via a patch for all game accounts concerned.
Naturally, we will provide more information as soon as possible and once again thank you for having reported this issue and provided all these details.
