VIP Membership

Hi I just got bought Need For Speed the Run I cannot recieve VIP Rewards .....  Why? What do i need to do ..

    From the main menu, select EXTRAS, then VERIFY NEED FOR SPEED VIP STATUS. Note that you must have signed into online with the same EA account you are currently using on one of the prior Need for Speed titles to acquire the VIP unlock.

 where do i have to signed into online with the same EA account?I tryed evething,still cant get my VIP UNLOCKS
