Where is the NFS Manual or HELP files?

Thank you EA_Barry for the link. I'm not trying to be a smart alec but, maybe somebody should make the suggestion to 'the powers that be' that if that PDF were part of the files I D/L'd in November it would have saved me the time it took to figure those things out myself LOL.

Before i begin i want to say that im sorry for late replies, i did a reply before and i spend about 1hr or more putting all the info into the post, then hit PREVIEW and then all my work dissapeared, so i got angry and didnt redo it all again until now. so hopefully this time i dont have problems, knock on wood!

I had nearly over a 100 questions, but most of them i kind of figured it out and what not, but for the remainder questions ive listed them in my response to @Faheed89.

No, that manual doesnt help explain anything at all unfortunately. 
Someone really needs to get a head check over there, not hating just saying!

If thats EA's standard of handing out info, well that info has nothing telling a player about the "ROAMING RACING" functionality, which i spent 2 frustrating days on, trying to figure out how the roaming racing part of the game actually worked and in my opinion its still not 100% clear, plus you cant keep track of the completed races to level 3 racing.

Just to give you an idea of what type of customer that i am, my last time i ever played with console games was back in PS2 days. I got fed with the consoles changing every couple of years as i spent close to nearly $2,000+ on controller hardware alone, like guns, arcade 6 button and stick controller, steering wheels and the whole nine yards, then PS3 came out and i couldnt use any of my hardware on the PS3.

That was when i made the change to PC and this is where PC * all over consoles because 1. Hardware never changes (controller wise) like it does with consoles and 2. PC's are way more superior on performance then consoles will ever be.

So having said all of that, my last NFS game was on a PS2 and it was that long ago i even forget what type of NFS it was, but it had my favorite car in it which is the Toyota Supra (i dont know the american name for it, if there is a different one). Now i have NFS Payback and because i havent touched, seen or played any other versions of NFS im kind of starting the learning curve all over again. So when you have things in a game that is classed as general knowledge for the up to date NFS players, it isnt so for people that are in my situation.

I really hope from what i have said here, really take on board and realise with later content and how really confusing it is to someone in my shoes and trying to seek information from 3rd party sources isnt what i call a professional made product.

Anyhow thats enough from me, i just hope from now on you can let the higher up's or managers know that more information is needed to be given out and ill tell you why by giving you just one example right now, in that PDF that you provided it has absolutely nothing about mentioning the "Roaming Racers" aspect and functionality part of the game, so yeah! 
If you dont have information as crucial as this in there, then how can anyone or player can trust or respect the company or developers of a game, when none is given to its player base.

Not trying to be disrespectful to you @EA_Barry or anyone staff at EA, just trying to give you accurate and correct feedback from my POV of the frustrations of trying to find a good game to play, by chilling out and relaxing, but cant cause i got to spend personal time farming and data collecting information that should of been provided by the creators in the first place. I would rather spend time playing YOUR GAME instead of google searching all the time.

Here is a list of things i havent yet been able to solve or figure out, i really hope you can help me bud!

Question 1.

Im not sure if this is a bug or i am doing something wrong, but i have no working lights on my VW Derelect. How do i switch them on???

Question 2.

Where and how can i obtain "Paint & Wrap" options??

I trying to understand this properly and hope you or someone can explain this too me.
In the SS it shows the "AUTOLOG" details, now im in single player mode and is that a generated person or real person times?
See in this particular pic it says "BMW M2", does that mean i get better rewards if i finish this quest with that same car? or its just telling that is what "NikeBoy1987" used to complete the quest?

Question 4.

Is there a way before hand to tell what the highest requirement score is needed whilst doing the activities?
Instead of going up 1 Star at a time?

Question 5.

Is there a way we can get this screen back without having have to drive around trying to find and win a race with a "ROAMING RACER" just in order to get this screen card back??

Question 6.

Is there a way to find out what exactly it does when you adjust these settings, "Tune Stance" & "Live Tuning"

Question 7.

With those bonus upgrades that are 3x & 6x, are these hidden or can you see these bonus differences inside the stat window?

You can see in this pic i have 3x, but im trying to workout IF its already including it OR that are my base stats right now that you are seeing and the 3x stat boost is hidden.

AND whilst i have this pic here, where it says "Send to garage" where is it exactly going?

Thats about it for now, i have more but i think this is enough to start off with.
