Top red part hidden behind the gas station
In case you dident already, you will need to play a little bit in the story (the beginning set of missions till you gather the whole crew, it should be fast) before you get that part unlocked. Once that is done you will be able to access it, otherwise it wont show on the map till those first parts are completed.
Reminds me of an old joke: "How did you find the steak? I moved the fries and there it was." Sorry.
