Why after I exit the game, always failed to upload game data to the cloud?

Why after I exit the game, always failed to upload game data to the cloud? I'm afraid I will lost my progress and if I want to change my device, anyone can help me? It said can't sync if the account login to another devices, but I just login to one device on this device.
