Hello everyone, I have some news that is reassuring, hoping that it solves our problem. I have just contacted EA again and the technician assures me that the technical department responsible for this problem has just been informed and is working on it. The technician assures me that it was necessary to have a certain number of reports before the system reports the problem to the technician, so with the various reports through the forum that I have been able to see over these 2 weeks and the reports on other sites and the numerous calls from each of us, EA has, I hope, heard us and will correct this unfortunate problem as quickly as possible. Of course, I will keep you informed if there is anything new.

Hello everyone, I just got off the phone with EA. I explained again the issue we are all having right now, that it has been ongoing for a little over two weeks, and that despite attempts to fix it on the client (players) side and changing platforms and regions, the problem is theirs. I insisted that it is a problem with their servers. I also pointed out that more and more players are posting the same issue on their forums and elsewhere, and the agent confirmed the number of posts regarding this issue and indicated that she would escalate my issue to the appropriate department. I should receive an email from tech shortly letting me know that the issue has been resolved. Hopefully that will be the case, and if it is resolved, I will let you know the good news. If not, I will get back to them.
I think that the fact that there are more and more players who report, this can work in our favor. So let's continue if necessary friends

Yes, I have seen it, but since the game is out of patches, our only hope is that they will restart the server again to unblock this bug. Without that, it will be impossible for me, like many others, to ever get the platinum achievement. Not to mention that, for me, the garage challenges to activate (day/night) are disabled, as for the other challenges, while I see them enabled on live streams. It's frustrating, knowing that the game is not that old and that there are still many of us playing a game that always bugs in the same place since the beginning, practically. To answer your question swf1cxlnaem4, I have uninstalled the game several times, updated the PlayStation system, deleted and restored my save, changed accounts and even played the game in update 1.00 (impossible by the way) and this problem is also visible with other players that I watch online stream whether they are American, Japanese, German, Italian, Russian etc. it comes from EA and not from the players.

i have that same problem too. it just says daily challenges are already done come back tomorrow... since day 1 and cant get my achievment :(

Yes, it prevents success. What I find strange is that it's not a mode that requires multiplayer, but an internal mode of the game. I don't understand why it is necessary to connect this to the server to update the challenges when it would have been enough to put an exhaustive list that will loop every day passively. Well, I always try to reach EA on my side but still nothing.

Issue is still happening, been over a week at least. Bumping so this hopefully gets fixed (The daily challenge achievement is the only one I don't have).

Yeah, at this point the more people reporting it and contacting support, the better. Let's just hope EA can fix this soon.
