Wont load and wasted 3 hours of my trial!
My need for speed will open up and start the trial but once it try to start the game it will get too 100% loading and just sit on 100%, i can hear the background music but it wont load past 100%. I stupidly left me game loading to see when i came back if it would have loaded and ive wasted 3 hours of my trial trying to play it without actually making any progress in my game. Im very dissapointed to say the least bevause i was wanting to try and get a headstart on my game before the full release and now i cant. Does anyone know how they can help me or where i can go to seek help from EA? Many thanks!
EDIT: I have received an update that some users are still experiencing infinite loading screens, we are investigating this.

The issue that you mentioned was reported to us and investigated. From what I understand, we have patched this out already. Could you please make sure that you have completely turned off your console before launching the game again? You should be prompted for the latest updates that should fix the issue.
