Need for speed Cletus
Yo tampoco encuentro a Cletus he estado mirando en todas las partes del mapa y no lo encuentro y es el único que me falta de los pilotos errantes por favor arreglarlo cuanto antes.

Cletus is on the top left corner of the map. Just park your vehicle in the tunnel(within the black rectangle in the picture) and he will show up. Hope that helps.
Cletus está en la esquina superior izquierda del mapa. Simplemente estacione su vehículo en el túnel (dentro del rectángulo negro en la imagen) y aparecerá. Espero que ayude.
- Are you sure? I just tried that myself, and the only roaming racers who came even remotely close to that location were Lindsay from The 1% Club and Cassandra from The Silver Six. No sign of Cletus anywhere.
