Need for Speed

While I was playing in police mode the game kicked me out of the lobby for no apparent reason, when I tried to re-enter the game it gave me error F03, i.e. it didn't load the inventory, it wasn't possible to buy or sell vehicles, I contacted support and they gave a procedure to follow for PC, while I play from PlayStation 5, I tried to uninstall all the various packages purchased and reinstall one at a time to see if it worked, in the end I discovered that if I uninstalled the volume 7 package, the palace edition upgrade the game works, but I noticed that the progress of the police career is not progressing. I hope this problem can be fixed because these are purchased things.
