autolog server not connecting the game

After update origin , when i log in and start the game ,...autolog server is not working ?!!!!  so not able to play it any more , i deleted and reinstalled origin , but doesn,t help either ,

repared the game , updated it again, but nothing changed , i fed up with ea and origin, the new app is even worse .

why is the autolog server not working and connecting the game ?

i,m gone ask for money back, and never use a ea game in the future , 

nowhere to send an email to the ea origin organisation, circling around on a labyrynt like contact forms isn,t helping either .

it once was a nice usable platform but now degraded to the worst game platform ever .
