I can not get my progress back

Hello! 
I have bought a new ps4 because my old one crashed. And now i can not get any progress back on nfs heat... and i am pretty angry about That.. because i was on a 100% game file grinding to get all the cars in the game.. my thropies progression is 93% at the moment.

so How can i get my old progression back?!?!
