lost progress nfs payback

Hi all,

last week I wanted to fire up NFS Payback again. The game started from the beginning, all progress is lost.

I played +150 hours and in Origin my progress still shows (705/1250 points etc).

Syncing with cloud doesnt work.

Please help ! ☹️
