Save File Corrupts When I Exit The Game

So every time i exit the game and restart it i get a message saying that my save file is corrupt. the first time was after playing for a few minutes. but yesterday i played for 5 hours and now my save file is corrupted again. i really hope there is a fix for this problem because i dont want to have to do everything again.
