Steering wheel (Trustmaster F430) not working in NFS Heat.

Just installed NFS Heat, and it has 2 problems.

1. I cannot select the game settings. The second row in the menu is just not selectable.

2. Steering wheel mapping (Trustmaster F430) does not work properly.

OS= win 11 (up to date)

As a result, the game is not playable. What is the solution?
