Need for speed Payback Problem with OBS

Please tell me who gives the game how much Need for speed Payback (license) in memory, why do I eat up completely? This is what I wanted to do, I wanted to make the game, and I have the game goes fine, but the stream gives the brakes, like playing on a prehistoric computer. On the computer I use OBS, stream tried through such sites as VK.com I Twitch.com ahhh!
