Since EA wont do anything anybody else encounter these two are harassing me on sight I've reported both for harassment but EA has done jack saying "no violations found" and both lack skill so they are using cheats and are literally targeting not just me but everybody they see

Your only option is to report the suspected players, everything else will be handled by the EA ToS team.
