I can’t launch/open the game through Epic Games.

I can download the game without any issues, but as soon as I press the Start button, the EA app closes and the game won’t launch. Instead, the EA app opens again and asks me to start it as if the game had never launched. Even after deleting and reinstalling both the EA app and the game, the problem still persists. Could you help me?
