I lost all my progress

I lost all my stuff in story mode and multiplayer but it still kept my rank and level  I don't know what to do I'm on Xbox is there any way I could get it back What happened was I logged on one day...

    Unfortunately EA support is not able to return your progress. Save files are locally saved.
