- Graphics card (AMD): Radeon RX5700 or Equivalent
- Graphics card (NVIDIA): GeForce RTX 2070 or Equivalent
- DirectX: 12 Compatible video card or equivalent
- Online Connection Requirements: 1 MBPS or faster Internet connection
- Hard-drive space: 50GB SSD
Not sure why 140 watts was mentioned, but if you hit the above requirements, you should be fine. Anything less, you're not meeting Recommended Requirements and maxing out settings won't work out.
