So yeah, I bought the upgrade for every pack that there is, got all of them, but I do not have any access to volume 9 premium speed pass, been this way since day one of the update...
I have the same issue #EA do something about this problem on PS5. I cannot claim any content from the pass.
Seriously!!!!! I've tried live chat support, just to have it disconnect mid chat as I was trying to send a picture with proof, and the rejoin on that chat is next to impossible

Good morning, the Premium Volume 9 Pass should now be available and installable. Another update went out a couple of hours ago on top of 9.0.2 which should've fixed this.
Go to the In-game store (next to the Story mode, Online tabs on main menu) and the Vol 9 pass should be there and available to install. You may need to restart Unbound once installed.
