problem with volume 9 premium

@dantesparda5000 The NFS Unbound Ultimate Collection Upgrade includes the Volume 9 Premium Speed Pass. You do not need to buy the separate Volume 9 Speed Pass. 🙂

the premium pass won’t allow me to get the premium content… how do I gain access to the premium pass content?

In game I cannot claim the premium rewards - I had the same issue

Players that have purchased the Ultimate Edition upgrade, without having bought the previous packs are unable to access Vol. 9 PSP content due to… I think some type of bug within the upgrade pack itself? In my opinion it sorta makes sense since it was released over a month ago.

Good morning, the Premium Volume 9 Pass should now be available and installable. Another update went out a couple of hours ago on top of 9.0.2 which should've fixed this. Go to the In-game store (next to the Story mode, Online tabs on main menu) and the Vol 9 pass should be there and available to install. You may need to restart Unbound once installed.

Hi, I have this same issue but may I know how do you get that purchase error? Is it in the in game store still have a price tag on it?
