Unbound ultimate edition upgrade

Yo I genuinely don't know what yall did first off its bad enough that since I bought this upgrade and volume 9 started that I've had to go and delete my entire cloud save just to be able to play again and now your telling me that I've reinstalled my game and I can't access any of volume 6 7 or 8 stuff which I had access to already why do you guys insist on breaking the game I want my stuff back i ain't pay for all this stuff just to not be able to use it and what's even more annoying is I owned these items before I went and bought the upgrade and had to delete my save just to play again and now I'm not able to access * when I should have access to absolutely everything that's been in speed passes and paid for content and yet stuff is locked now this wasn't an issue until just now when I go to hop on the next day after playing with no issues
