I pre-ordered the collectors edition and I didn’t receive the in game bonuses.

be sure that you have downloaded the extra file for your console, if you already did, the extra cars are in the dealership in multiplayer, and in story mode you have to advance to a certain pointI downloaded everything but it’s not showing up and I didn’t receive the $150k in-game credit for multiplayer.
It's a (no spoilers) story point
But if you already downloaded everything and you have the cars in online mode, it's just a matter of time for the credits to arrive
It might be fast or take an hour, just keep playing a bit to get ised to the new mechanics or change options meanwhile
